Birtukan Tibebu is a certified nursing assistant registered nurse and with over one decade of nursing care experience. After receiving her Nurse certification, Birtukan worked diligently skilled nursing facility. Over the last few years, Birtukan has realized how much she enjoy working with elderly and remembered her early days immigrating to USA. She noticed how much comforting is to have someone that cared for her and showed her new home and life. That has become her vision of managing a group care home. Birtukan’s main inspiration comes from her love of family.

is our proud caregivers. They have been working for Elroi AFH since 2020, however they has been working for the previous provider
more than 16 years
before the CHOW. They provide a great level of care to our residents. Lyn and Leo are caring, trustworthy and reliable. The current residents appreciate their calm and gentle nature. Lyn and Leo lives with us in home. We are one big family always present at home to tend to our residents’ needs at all time. Outside of work, Lyn enjoy shopping and Leo enjoy fishing. Please remember to ask him for a pro tip what bait to use to catch white perch fish.
